1. You can add only one customer from each mobile.
2. There is no refund policy in any recharge or package once you assign the package.
3. Claim is mandatory once you subscribe OTT application if you have assigned any package to the customer and if the customer will not claim that OTT service in that cast service will not be active. The amount will be auto-debited once you assign the package.

(Note: It is mandatory to claim within 24 hours after assigning the pack or recharge)

4. If by any chance you have selected the wrong package, there will be no refund in that case, the same will be applicable if the wrong mobile number or email ID is registered.
5. You can select packages by your choice in a bundle. You cannot choose a single OTT app. You will get other apps as per the package. You need to claim all the apps then they will activate.
6. There is no individual support for any user but there will be technical support provided to the operator. The complaint will be registered by the operator only.
7. Some of the apps will not be supported on some TVs for them you need to buy a Fire Stick to use all the apps.
8. Whatever the channel you are getting with OTT they can only play in playboxtv. You need to have active OTT for paid channels like Hotstar for Star Channel and Sonyliv for Sony channels.
9. There might be changes in packages & prices from time to time
10. It is mandatory for any user to do at least two recharges in a month. If you have not done two recharges in a month Rs.199 auto deducted from your OTT account.
11. Hotstar, Prime Video, Discovery Plus, Atrangi and Alt Balaji apps are activated with coupons or promo codes. You will get the coupon or promo code in the Playbox TV app after claiming.
12. We provide you OTT subscription only. if there is any problem in any OTT app i.e. app not working, any problem in any web series, no sound, video not playing or any type of OTT problem.
